champion Daniel Santos ink an exclusive promotional
agreement
HOLLYWOOD,
FL – (January
13, 2004) – Seminole Warriors Boxing Promotions is proud to announce the
signing of World Boxing Organization junior
middleweight champion Daniel Santos to an exclusive
promotional agreement. Santos,
(27-2-1, 20 KOs) of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, is
the first world champion in the Seminole Warriors Boxing
stable.
Santos , the 5'11” southpaw,
won the WBO welterweight title in 2000 by
way of a fifth round KO against Ahmed Kotiev,
avenging a controversial split decision loss
to Kotiev in 1999.
Santos successfully defended
the WBO welterweight title two times with
KO victories over Giovani Parisi and Neil
Sinclair. In 2002, Santos
defeated Yory Boy Campas to capture the vacant
WBO junior middleweight title. Santos
has defended the title two times since defeating
Campas by decisioning Mehrdud Takaloo and Fulgencio
Zuniga.

for the past two years and strongly feel that
he is a serious player in the junior middleweight

Casino in Tampa, FL.
